18th Annual Harvest Home Festival & 5K

Join Community Harvest Project to celebrate the end of another successful season providing more than 250,000 pounds of healthy produce for hunger relief! The annual Harvest Home Festival & 5K features a 5K race and kids fun run, kids activities, bouncy house, online auction and raffle, food and drink, live music, beer trailer, apple tastings, local vendors, pumpkin trebuchets, apple cannons, hayrides for all ages, and more – fun for everyone!

Admission is $10 ($50 family cap). Kids under 5 are free. All 5K runners receive free admission to the festival. Cash, credit, debit, or Venmo accepted.

Schedule of Events
10:15 am – 5K Registration & Check-In
11:00 – 5K Begins & Festival Opens
11:15 – Kids Fun Run
12:00 pm – Live Music Featuring The Big-League Collective
12:30 – Pumpkin trebuchets/apple cannons start
11 am – 3 pm

Race starts and finishes at the Community Harvest Barn and will take place around the 14 acres of farm fields on Wheeler and N Brigham Hill Roads. Be aware that the farm fields have uneven terrain, and may have muddy areas depending on the weather. Kids Fun Run will begin around 11:15am, directly after the 5K race kick-off, and will feature a vegetable mascot to encourage the kids!

The event will take place at 37 Wheeler Road North Grafton, MA. All proceeds support Community Harvest Project’s mission to engage and educate volunteers to grow fruits and vegetables for hunger relief. Your attendance and donations will support your neighbors experiencing hunger.

Interested in becoming a vendor?

Back this year, we will be hosting a small group of local vendors! You can showcase your local creations, connect with neighbors, and support a great cause! We will have a juried selection of vendors and prioritize local farms, small businesses, and artisans that align with our mission to support hunger relief. Make a difference while promoting your products! 

Fill out the vendor agreement by October 11th to be considered for a vendor space. Please note, space is limited and completion of agreement does not guarantee a space. Our Development Manager, Meghan Person will reach out via email with payment options for vendors who are selected.
