Grafton

Our Grafton farm, featured on WBUR Morning Edition (listen here), is located on two properties across the street from each other in Grafton, MA. The Brigham Hill Community Farm is owned by CHP as of December 2023 and the White Farm owned by the White Family is leased. Over 40 varieties of vegetables and blueberries are grown on 15 acres over these two properties surrounded by Grafton Land Trust land and trails. The beautiful post and beam Brigham Hill Community Barn is available for use (info here). The Grafton volunteer season is May through October.
